Grand Jury Proceedings Underway

A short time after our family called for a special prosecutor, the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office is beginning to present evidence from the case to a grand jury. Despite this development, we still believe that Mr. McGinty is unfit to serve in this role given our concerns of bias.
