The Illusion of "Family Values" vs. The Concrete Public Record

On the campaign trail, appointed Judge Antonio S. Nicholson describes himself as a devoted husband and a father to three sons. But certified county records tell a completely different story about his public candor and financial responsibility:

1. Unmarried on Paper:

While running as a traditional family man, the official FHA Ohio Mortgage executed on his residence on November 6, 2024, explicitly records the borrowers as "Leah Grill, a single person and Antonio Nicholson, a single person."

Mr. Devoted Husband was single at the time he lost to incumbent Judge Kevin J. Kelley in late 2024.

The probable newlyweds were seemingly content to shack up as "single" baby mama and "single" baby daddy for over a decade.

Was marriage just a campaign ploy?

2. Unpaid Bills at Home:

A Common Pleas judge is a high-earning public official. Yet, on October 14, 2025, the Signature of Solon Master Association was forced to slap an active $1,750.00 Certificate of Lien on his house for unpaid neighborhood assessments-carrying a 12% annual contract interest rate.

Mr. Community Service may be a party in a Common Pleas case pretty soon against his neighbors.

If a sitting judge cannot manage his own basic household bills, how can voters trust his judgment on the bench?

I sure don't.

An absolutely gorgeous, educated, continuously employed woman birthed at least 2 of his beautiful children before marriage and, based on the timing alone, he seems to have married her so he could put "devoted husband" and "wonderful wife" on his campaign website.

What more could he ask for?

A campaign prop he felt he needed?

Maybe she required a man in a robe?

He wanted me to produce irrelevant yearly checkup records in my case.

Family Values is directly related to his campaign. He says so himself. Objection WAIVED.

I'm just sticking to things related to the facts of the judicial case. He can't do that.
