Thank You for Caring!

Some Judges see their gavel as a source of absolute authority rather than a temporary trust granted entirely by the public.
The structural and political reality that Judge Antonio S. Nicholson overlooked is that under Article I, Section 2 of the Ohio Constitution, all political power is inherent in The People, and government is instituted for their equal protection and benefit. The bench holds zero power without the consent of the governed.
By trying to run a lopsided room, co-signing fabricated docket metrics, and using his microphone to bully an unrepresented Black woman, he operated under the arrogant assumption that his courtroom walls were soundproof.
Under Rules 2.10 and 4.2 of the Ohio Code of Judicial Conduct, Judge Nicholson can't respond to this petition without defying the laws around judicial candidacy. It's quite nice for me. He tried to take my voice just like my perpetrator and my perpetrator's family and friends.
Judge Nicholson tried to use the law as a weapon of intimidation against me. Now, the law is the exact cage keeping him in total public silence while Cuyahoga County voters read the concrete record of his room two weeks before Election Day.
