We are focusing on trying to lower/cut the GP cost's for low income families.  The issue we find most important is that everyone should be able to have access to healthcare, and personal medical attention no matter the amount of money they earn. 15 percent of all kiwi adults avoid the GP due to costs,  which causes issues due to the heightened risks of not getting the proper medical care, and also missing out on finding out problems early. How will this be funded? We want this government to instead of saving $80.4 million so far on redundancy payments, to focus on putting more funding into families being able to access healthcare and GPs. The government can do this by putting that saved money into at least giving low income families 5 free GP visits as a family. Which would work by low income families applying, getting approved and being able to get better access.
