Despite chasing the police constable for an answer as to whether I have to report to the police station tomorrow, and pointing out the 120 mile round trip my aged father will have to make if I am to do this, I have still had no answer.

I still do not know whether the oppressive and abusive behaviour of the SNT team towards me over the last 5 years is a result of:

A) Malice, 

B) Incompetence,

C) Disability discrimination on the part of the individual officers or,

D) An institutional cover up for the initial mistakes.

I suspect it's a mixture of all 4! Just like last time, the time before that and for the other seventeen times before that...
