To the rest of the world, and in accordance with the provisions of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act, I ceased to be on bail on the 3rd of December 2024... 

However, to one PC, the very same one who tried to give me a PCND last year, I apparently remain on bail as a result of a rule he just invented that by keeping my case file open and somehow therfore dormant on the CPS, my bail can be extended indefinitely!!!!! This is obviously nonsense of course....

No other PC or more senior officer of the Metropolitan Police is apparently allowed to contradict this junior PC solely on the basis of his status as the 'officer in the case' which apparently makes him immune from all other law.

This 'protocol' means that junior police officers can go rogue because they are immune unless something truly horrific and newsworthy occurs.

As many of you may know from these updates, the police acronym for deciding whether someone is a stalker is F.O.U.R. - the actions complain of are Fixated Obsessive Unwanted and Repeated. To me the actions of the SNT against me over the last four years fit exactly within that definition, but apparently the law does not apply to them.
