The Drumhead Court-martial

....This was, and should stay, a long forgotten chapter of history, wherein our military officers would upend a drum on the battlefield. They'd sit at it and dispense summary justice. Decisions were quick, punishments severe; appeals denied. Those who came to a drumhead were doomed. This is another Drum head! (A practice which dates back to c 1806)

One again, I was brought to a drumhead and it was, no matter what others choose to call it. Just like last year, a kangaroo court, with the same contempt for my rights and lack of judicial impartiality, based on insinuation and  'victim impact statements ' of known criminals. One again, nothing substantive offered against me, much less proven. 

Now I am going to show you what they desperately do not want anyone to see, an example of why every citizen should have the absolute right to record any interaction with the police!

The lengths they went through just to try and prevent anyone from knowing what they were intending to a vulnerable citizen on that day where obscene, so I now intend for as many people to know about this as possible, so please share with anyone who listen..... And he is my recording of last year's interview with the police.

They stopped my body camera after only the first 40 minutes of the interaction, but even this early part of a 7 hours interaction demonstrates many of the underlying problems. In fact I was told by an officer serving in another force not subject to special measures that they actually may have committed an act of ABH......

I was quite literally treated as a prisoner, they literally said so themselves, and not as an innocent answering street bail.
