We received a phone call from McGinness, the officer in charge of the new 'investigation" against me on Thursday morning, Here is what we learnt from this interaction:

1) They won't give me back the bluetooth receiver they took away in their unlawful search of my home, which connects my mouse and keyboard, because to them it "looks like" a thumb drive. 

2) This officer is now working under the instructions of a solicitor, most likely because he has finally realised he keeps getting it wrong - He wouldn't even talk to me on the phone, but only to father/carer, apparently because of the active complaint I have made against him after the poor treatment I received.my

We tried our best to warn the guy, almost a year ago, after he was unwittingly roped into giving me a commical penalty notice for disorder, supposedly because I was wasting police time, and interestingly enough, a year later, that PCN has come to absolutely nothing! I still believe it was all just a scare tactic, which failed because I called their bluff.

We said back then, last April  he should consider carefully what he was doing because he was being used for harassment by proxy and he should think about his own protection.

Even his own desk sergeant at Wandsworth the other day tried to warn him off, saying the allegations he was interviewing me for didn't actually make any sense. 

At least now he seems to have realised the barrack room advice he was relying on to get into this mess was getting him into trouble, so now he is looking for proper advice from legal services (not a perfect solution, this is of course the same lot who supported the other officer trying to get me charged in a civil court because even they realised there was no criminal case for me to answer, but I hope that Legal Services have learned from the Post Office fiasco that convicting the innocent is not their job).

In the meantime, I've got a security camera aimed at me, being openly used for unlawful surveillance and nothing's been done.
