Less than 3 weeks now to my injunction hearing.

I'm still finding it difficult to contemplate a world in which the police will actively conspire with a admitted criminal to get a civil injunction against the victim of his crimes and doing this at public expense,  (having already failed five times get a criminal conviction) with the stared intention to make my lawful use of CCTV for detection and prevention of crime contempt of court and therefore allow the criminal to continue his criminal activity unobserved.

In short, their objective here looks to achieve the exact opposite of the intent of the police common purpose and values.

• Uphold the law fairly and firmly; 
• Prevent crime; 
• Pursue and bring to justice those who break the law; 
• Keep the Queen's Peace; 
• Protect, help and reassure the community; 
• To be seen to do all this with integrity, common sense and sound judgement

This sort of completely ridiculous misuse of resources would make a good episode of the thin blue line, It would be hilarious, if it wasn't so dangerous.

Worse, still, where just the act of supplying evidence to the police in respect of a crime by default makes you, the victim, a criminal, which is what they are trying to do to me now, what hope is there for anybody?
