- Just 3 weeks until my frivolous injunction hearing, and I have now learned the PC Young will not even be there, so I won't have the pleasure of seeing him squirming under cross examination.
- We've spent 3 days getting my evidence in order, with the videos ready to watch. I hope the police Legal Services Department will be properly embarrassed.
- In yesterday's gazette, there was a report of a costs case "Ordering that the wife should have £100,000 deducted from her award, the judge said: ‘The message must get across that although the starting point is no order as to costs, the courts are increasingly willing to depart from that so as to do justice to the party who has been put to unnecessary costs by the other party’s overstated proposals.’
