So after my day in court, no case to answer & the MET are ordered to pay my legal  costs in addition to their own. 

Apart from any other conclusion, as PC Young’s ‘evidence’ (which included every last scrap of nonsense he had fabricated over the last few years) was insufficient to clear the lesser civil standard of proof, so clearly his case against me never had any chance of justifying criminal proceedings.

You would think a police officer should know better but the judge had to stop proceedings to rebuke him for being disrespectful! 

(Supposedly he has sent my papers to the CPS five times for a charging decision over the last two years lol)

The next hurdle is my summons for supposedly wasting police time, which is incredibly ironic given that the police have just wasted untold man hours and at least £25,000 of public money to pursue these malicious civil proceedings.
