Astonishingly, although my aggressor has completely ignored his previous ASB warning, breaking it on the same day it was issued, by chasing my father down the road.

Following yet another month of continuous intimidation, most of which on the CCTV, the only action the police can think to do now is give him another one !

And most disturbingly, this new warning does not even attempt to prevent this individual from continuing his intimidating behaviours, which now include activities such as:

• Using a torch in the hours of darkness to investigate my frunt garden;
• Trespassing in order to look into our bushes/flower beds;
• Teaching his 3-year-old child to use highly offensive language in front of us and the other neighbours;
• Standing in front of our property / walking up and down our driveway making obscene gestures;
• Calling me and my father names whenever he encounters us outside, usually while getting into or out of the car;

It's not all bad news, at least we have something else to show the judge in January demonstrating the ongoing  nuisance and antisocial behaviour, in addition to all  the other evidence from the last three years of stalking, harassment & property damage.
