Although I am understandably distraught by the injustice of a criminal justice system whereby my criminal aggressor gets free access to the legal support, and just a slap on the wrist, whilst he continues his campaign of disability related harassment against me.

And although it is aggravating that I now must defend a completely ridiculous malicious court case, but, be careful what you wish for, as I will have my day in court, and I can explain in excruciating detail how the admitted criminal, who has already admitted to 10 different offences, and all the ways PC Young has conspired with his school friend to ruin my life!

It seems that they have forgotten, or more likely are just blissfully ignorant of the fact that in court, provided you tell the truth, both the rules of defamation and more importantly any of the restrictions they have tried to place on me to stop me speaking out do not apply.

So, by actually going through with the plan to take me to court, they will have done the opposite of silencing me!

A judge and a court recorder will get to hear about of the disgusting behavior of the SNT officers and my full account of the last three years of criminal, abusive and threatening activities, and the details of PC Young's attempts to protect his school friend.

And it gets even better for me, the bundle of evidence they wish to present in court, actually includes evidence of additional malicious communications offences committed against me, as well as clear admissions of guilt for things I know he has done, but couldn't prove, until now, which I didn't even know about!
