EXTENTION OF BAIL!

Not content with completely ignoring PACE, the boys in blue at Wimbledon police station are now ignoring the Magna Carta as well.

Dear Mr HART,

The current bail date of 31/03/2023 is to be extended, with the proposed new date of;

WEDNESDAY 17/05/2023 at 1100 hours at KINGSTON Police Station

Could you please confirm that Mr HART will be attending and that there are no current appointments conflicting with this date.

Regards"

There are so many problems with this, it's hard to know where to start.

Obviously I refused to  confirm any such thing

A) the subject line is problematic, It is disgusting that he's email is headded "R v Hart", when the Crown, for obvious reasons, has not made the decision to charge me, clearly there is no case to answer

B) That heading taken with the suggestion that bail continue after 31 March are both further evidence of his continuing campaign of abusive and controlling behaviour against me. 

C) This email shows continuing deliberate indifference to my welfare. 

D) Continued bail is both unnecessary and disproportionate. 

E) The arrest was wrongful, and wrongfully carried out.

F) None of the criteria for bail were ever met in the first place.

G) Any extension of bail after 31 March will take this beyond their three month cut off.

...and yes, I have already added these issues to the already extensive list of outstanding complaints against the officer, which I am led to believe are currently being investigated.
