Remember when I had this ridiculous 6 hour interview....

...Well I've now edited my body camera footage into a continuous video, it's 5 hours long, the interview went on for another 45 minutes after my recording finishes but the battery died before the end.
About 20 minutes was them just trying to work out how to load the CDs into the recorder correctly, there was a half an hour break, while I had a mini seizure, and a lot of time was wasted trying to get me, the severely sight impaired detainee, to visually identify exhibits! For some reason, it just never occurred to let me feel the items. So about half an hour was wasted on the world's most pathetic game of 20 questions.
I've put this video on YouTube, but sped it up by nine times so it only takes 40 minutes!
I was thinking of doing a bee Movie meme, increasing this speed every time Robin Young says something stupid, but I don't think YouTube lets you upload 30-second videos, he says a lot of ridiculous stuff, I was thinking of doing a compilation of the most ridiculous statements, but even that will be over an hour long.
This isn't watchable by any means, but the professional standards directorate & and my local MP have a copy of this insanity
You may be wondering, how it is I even have a recording of this police interview under caution? You would think, before entering a security area in the police station, that detainees would be searched, but nobody even noticed I had a body camera hanging around my neck, in plain view, with an obvious red blinking light on the front.
When the interviewer asked me about the thing around my neck, I received a 10-minute lecture on why it's "not right" to record people "without their consent", which is a completely irrational argument, especially in the context of a recorded police interview. I would love to know how they couid go about having a recorded police interview, without, you know, recording the interview.
