'Pilate Washing his Hands'.........

Here is another extract out of a recent email from Robin...

"The case has been submitted by myself to the Evidential Review Officer, who in turn has submitted to Crime Management Team and onto the Crown Prosecution Service for a charging decision."

So, just to be clear what's happening here, Robin (the school friend of my abuser), is stating for the record that he has himself progressed a case against me, a case in which his friend is directly implicated, so a clear conflict of interest exists. This officer has a documented history of falsifying and tampling with evidence to be used against me.

In every sufficiently advanced society there rule of law,  there is also some document that speaks of rights...The Bible. The Code of Hammurabi, The Magna Carta, and the Constitution of the United States to name but a few. 

Rights of the accused to a trial by his peers, to be represented by counsel, the rights of cross-examination, in short, the right to a fair trail and to prepare an adequate defence.

I don't even know why or for what I'm being charged and nobody has presented anything remotely like a case against me and no evidence has been presented either.

So, by any reasonable measure, this email is yet further evidence of abuse of process.
