My Instagram account was hacked. The hackers changed the password, the email address and attached securities. This action made any support posted on instagrams website impossible. Leaving no way to re-secure the account. Since being completely locked out, other friends of mine were hacked through my account. My entire phone was hacked leaving me no choice but to do a factory reset losing all of my personal saved memories and accounts. Lost a days of work staying home to battle for my other personal accounts such as emails, snap chat, bank etc. Reporting the accounts under the correct selections does nothing. Instagram will not confirm the information leaving the account open and susceptible to more hacking and personal information being leaked. The fact that there is no one on stand by for these situations is harmful to its users. Please help Instagram stop fraud for everyone!
