Ronald L Sanford was convicted of double homicide the tender age of 13. He was sentenced to 170 years in prison for a crime committed by a child who had poor guidance for the first 13 years of his life. Now in his 40s I believe he is completely rehabilitated. Ronald has achieved an education while incarcerated and for the duration of his teens and adult life he has lived under strict rules becoming a model inmate. I feel Ronald has remorse for his crime and that he deserves a chance to live on the outside , where he may have the chance to start a family and live a normal life. We are not talking about a 17 year old or even 16 year old who would have been more set in their ways. We are talking about the actions of a little boy! I hope this petition reaches the hearts of the American people.
