He is beyond grateful and sincerely appreciates the outpour of support and selfless gestures that you all have shown by taking the time out of your day to read, sign and share this petition; he is extremely grateful. 

Sorrowfully, Kendall is one of the far too many innocent people sitting in this country's State and Federal "Correctional" facilities.The blatant lack of accountability for the police and prosecutors, corruption, false statements, mistaken eyewitnesses, and the indigent defense crisis are vital contributors to wrongful convictions. That has continuously undermined the credibility of our system and ruined the lives of unmeasurable innocent men and women. Mercifully, exonerations are slowly rising and shedding the much-needed high beam light on the unreliable criminal justice system.

These past 27 years highlighted the painful reminder; without adequate legal assistance, resources, or guidance, it will continue to be impossible for him to receive justice; but it has NOT destroyed Kendall's faith or unwavering resilience. Surpassing the limitations, he has obtained an abundance of critical elements and significant evidence that he believes both the District and Defense attorneys may have overtly ignored or purposely overlooked.
