CTS Turbo: Respond your customers who have faulty parts/need assistance

The Issue

CTS Turbo refuses to respond to their customers who are having issues with the Big Boss 500 v1 kit (or other parts).

CTS put out a v2 "fix" and will not compensate those who purchased the v1 kit, even though the kits are still under the 12 month warranty. CTS says that all we need is the v2 waste gate kit to fix the turbo, but based off other people with the same issue, that does not fix the problem.

Customers have now spent over $4,000 with parts and labor to have a non-working turbo. CTS simply does not care about their customers and refuses to contact anyone back.

If you or any one you know has had similar issues with CTS parts or commutation from CTS, please sign our petition. At this point, the company can not be trusted and we would like a full refund as we do not want to support any of their parts on our car.

My story: I purchased the Boss 500 kit in March 2018. Since that time, I am now having serious issues with being able to adjust my wastegate properly. I have been trying to get in contact with CTS regarding this faulty part for over two weeks via email, phone calls, Facebook and Instagram. I have yet to hear back from anyone to help resolve my issues. The new kit comes with an Updated V2 billet wastegate bracket and an Updated V2 billet wastegate rod end. It is clear that the one that came with my kit 5 months ago is faulty. CTS needs to provide me the V2 Upgrade kit to make my $3500 kit work properly under warranty. Now that the wastegate adjustment is not working, I can not drive my car causing me to carpool or pay for Uber rides. Per CTS' website, All CTS Turbo products are warrantied against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of invoice. Being that Version 1 was faulty proves to me the version 2 should be covered under warranty. Someone from the CTS Turbo company needs to contact me or my husband, ASAP. It is very disappointing that this is what is happening, as we have recommended CTS to all our friends. We both have MK7's with CTS parts and this makes me want to rip them all off and represent a different company. I would rather spend my hard earn money with another company that actually has some customer service and stands behind their customers and product.
