This professor Wai-hung WONG (王偉雄) teaches at CSU, Chico in United States. There is an article in Slate which tells that Trump attempts to hold on to power and he comments the following,

"For a person like Trump, no one need to feel any pity even for his death. Luckily he is defeated, otherwise he will continue to mess with the American and the world order.
He still has two months' presidential power, hope he won't wreck too much."

(「特朗普此人，只能用「死不足惜」來形容。猶幸他這次敗選，否則美國和世界的秩序將繼續被他搞亂。他還有兩個月的總統權力，希望不會造成太大的破壞。」)

I think definitely this is hate speech. Hope someone can help spread this to the appropriate university authorities, and let appropriate actions be taken to fire this professor.

Such spread of hatred can only be detrimental to rebuilding unity among a greatly divided nation.
