Comisioner Gary Gensler has failed to represent us (tax paying individuals) as retail investors in the digital asset industry. He has chosen to lead by enforcement for the sake of his agency VS. creating a plain level field were the utility of such assets can be demonstrated. Mr. Gensler and his predecessor's action have caused us the retail investor millions of dollars while in the process benefiting whoever he picks and chooses. It is this reason why we the people call for the removal of Gary Gensler as the chairman of the Security Exchange Commission.
