Currently, people who are subscribing to Crunchyroll only get access to the catalogue of their country, all of this is limited by the fact that in some countries, such as France for instance, the licences are sold to an editor who is monopolising the anime for themselves and don't allow other studios to have it,

some French examples are : 

No Game No life, this anime was licenced by ADN in France for the simulcast, so, Crunchyroll doesn't allow french people to access it

Sword Art Online, this anime was licenced by Wakanim in France for the simulcast, so Crunchyroll doesn't allow french people to access it

black bullet, this anime was licenced by Wakanim, which is why it's not available on crunchyroll in france either

Dragon Ball Super, this anime is not available outside of the US on crunchyroll, at least in france

this kind of limitations is pretty racist/discriminatory because this is refusing the access of people paying for the service to their content because they are from an other country

it wouldn't be a problem if a rule of crunchyroll making VPNs prohibited wouldn't exist

so, in response to this problem, crunchyroll should allow people to use the server that they want to use

since it wouldn't use any other server than the server placed in the country where they own the licence, it would be legal, since they're not streaming it from france, they would be streaming it from the country we chosed

 

they would even gain money from it and the studios would gain money too since crunchyroll shares the revenues depending on our watchtime and the anime we watched
