Clearer signage on Red/ Yellow backgrounds to put be put in place in all roads leading to the ANPR Camera ( Parsons Mead/ Handcroft Road ) , Croydon

All signage should say the following:

NO ACCESS TO LONDON ROAD EXCEPT BG PERMIT HOLDERS ( with a camera warning icon )

Signs to be placed at the following locations 

1. Entrance of Albion Street J/W Mitcham Road

2. Entrance of Leighton Street J/W Mitcham Road

3. Entrance of Derby Road J/W Pitlake

4. Entrance of Parsons Mead J/W Derby Road

5. Entrance of Clarendon Road J/W Pitlake 

6. Mitcham Road on the approach to junctions of Leighton Street, Albion Street & Derby Road from both directions

Different signage is also required in the following locations

1. NO ACCESS TO DERBY ROAD EXCEPT BG PERMIT HOLDERS- Entrance of Handcroft Road J/W Sumner Road

2. NO LEFT TURN EXCEPT BG PERMIT HOLDERS Exit of Gardeners Road J/W Parsons Mead

Since this camera has been in operation, numerous motorists have been fined mainly because the signage is not visible enough, please sign and share this petition so Croydon council cannot keep exploiting innocent motorists in this very underhand manner
