We, Croydon residents, are fed up with the area we call home being constantly full of litter, dog fouling and fly tipping.

It is on every street corner, in the parks, in flower beds - even in front of our homes. Quite simply - we’ve had enough. We pay extortionate council tax to essentially live in what has become a filthy place to live.

We have to see this daily; our children have to step over it. Our dogs eat the food scattered on the paths. It’s unsafe. It’s unsanitary. And it has to change.

We are asking that Croydon Council take immediate action. It’s all well and good to report on the app - but prevention is required. People need to be punished, and deterred. 

People will leave the area, and people will avoid investing in an area that cannot even control the litter situation. Why should we, hardworking citizens, have to put up with it?
