Currently, there is no crosswalk to this park that students of SUNY Potsdam use for classes, extracurriculars and recreation. This area of Pierrepont Ave is where the speed limit will change to 30 from 55, adding a cross walk to this location would improve safety while crossing. The plan would to be to add a Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon style cross walk to achieve this.
