Another whale entangled today at Kirra Beach, QLD. That makes it whale entanglement number three this week, and number five this humpback whale migration season.

Mark Furner won't listen to his scientific working group who are telling him to modernise the shark control program, but he'll have to listen to the people.

Join us tomorrow (9 July) for a peaceful protest at Kirra Beach, QLD at 10am. Please remember to social distance and wear a face mask.

If you don't live in Queensland, you can still help get the nets out now by liking and sharing our posts about the protest. You can also forward this email to any Queenslanders you know.

There are modern devices available that keep people safe without sacrificing marine wildlife.

There's power in unity - so let's get this done!
