The Bipartisan January 6 Committee referred Trump to the DOJ on at least four criminal charges, which include the following:

Committing Treason Against the "We the People" of United States of America, and the United States Constitution;  Obstruction of Justice;
Defrauding the United States; Knowingly and repeatedly making false statements; Assisting or aiding an insurrection;

Former U.S. President, Donald J. Trump MUST be criminally prosecuted and incarcerated! Furthermore, if it is determined that Former U.S. President Donald J. Trump's corrupt family members and criminal cronies(excluding those Trump conspirators, ~OVER 40 OF WHOM, WHO HAVE ALREADY BEEN CRIMINALLY PROSECUTED AND INCARCERATED), are found guilty of conspiring to commit crimes and/or to actively, cooperatively commit crimes, then they too MUST be criminally prosecuted and incarcerated!

Here, are just some of the many crimes for which former U.S. President should be criminally prosecuted and incarcerated:

Inciting an insurrection(additional crimes herein); Witness Tampering; Obstruction of Justice; Bribery; Tax evasion; Campaign Finance Violations; Election tampering; Federal tax fraud, falsifying business records, grand larceny, and Conspiracy to Defraud the United States; Hatch Act Violations; Pre-presidency crimes(including sexual assault* and sexually harassment against women); Human Rights Violations(forceable, indefinite separation and displacement of immigrant babies, children and adolescents from their parents); 

When Former U.S. President Donald J. Trump is found guilty of committing one or more of the above myriad crimes,...he should spend the rest of his life behind bars for vast damage, destruction, pain, suffering, and obscenely large number of criminal acts against "we the people," our United States Constituion, and against immigrant families in which the Trump administration administered the forced separation of children from their parents. Furthermore, if Former U.S. President Trump's corrupt family and criminal cronies have been found guilty of committing crimes, then they should be prosecuted and incarcerated to the highest prosecutorial statutes, codes, and guidelines of the laws they've violated. Put simply, ALL attorney generals of our great United States must "throw the book" at this most vile, intrinsically corrupt, white nationalist, racist criminal for the multitudinous crimes and violations he has committed.
