Evidence establishing the genocidal intent and actions of the Israeli government and IDF against the people of Gaza, meeting the definition of genocide under the Genocide Convention, has been extensively and irrefutably documented since the Gaza genocide began on October 7th, 2023. 

Genocide denial is an affront to the victims and increases the likelihood that genocidal actions will be carried out in the future against other groups.

Call on Senator Bernie Sanders to introduce legislation making it a crime to deny or distort the facts of the Gaza genocide.

Those who try to describe the events in Gaza as anything other than genocide need to face legal ramifications. This encourages an accurate assesment of historical fact, and strengthens and affirms worldwide consensus that genocide cannot and will not be tolerated.
