Even tho I was able to prove all allegations of not having food in the house as untrue, the associate judge Kevin Schmid didn’t sign papers in favor of me or what’s best for my son. The father got away with kidnapping my son after a few days with me having him over Christmas break. The father wasn’t punished at all. I also wasn’t given any time back with my son. The order itself is a far cry from anything moral or ethical and is completely unconstitutional. Kevin Schmid continues to allow my son to stay with his abuser and an environment which he shouldn’t be in. I was always considered guilty at not having food in the house even before I was able to prove its fabrication. This court has always taken the side of the abuser against what’s best for my child. Kevin Schmid also asked me in court to take down everything regarding my son, his father, and the court, online. No way!!! That’s my first amendment right! I told the court I wouldn’t because I’m the only one fighting for my son rather than sitting back and allowing it as the court has done. When I received the signed order regarding the court date they still placed a gag order on me. But it doesn’t matter. I won’t stop trying to spread truth or save my son. I even turned the judge in via a complaint and appeal process. He was found not doing anything wrong. This corruption runs so deep it’s unfathomable how many families have gone through such pain and unfairness in their own cases. The court also increased my child support as punishment to not complying (so it seems). I hadn't had an income change even, no new monies coming in. How are these judges still allowed to sit in positions of power when they are morally and ethically compromised? Who’s allowing them to stay in positions of power?
