January 4th and February 17, 2023

Of course since I was served papers from the fabricated debacle over Christmas Break 2022, I ended up having to go to court. I went pro se as I didn’t have a lawyer and showed up January 4th. The fathers lawyer arrived late so the judge made us reschedule to February 17, 2023.

Between January 4 and February 17 I was able to get a new lawyer, Laurie Robinson. She and I proved (with an abundance of evidence) that the entire pantry debacle of Christmas 2022 had been fabricated. We also proved the father doesn’t coparent and has alienated me. I had a witness with me during court which the father knows. During court he pretended like he didn’t even know who she was.

Side note: when I had Laurie Robinson as an attorney I asked her to subpoena records. My sons medical records from Fort Polk so I can see if it was a doctor who changed up his regimen or if his father did it on his own accord. I also wanted a subpoena of text messages between the father and my son regarding the pantry thing. I asked Laurie multiple times for these and she never did the requests. During court she told me she was going to approach the bench of Associate Judge Schmid and ask for him to rule the fathers and sons phones be handed over so we can look at the messages between them both. This never happened either. Laurie didn’t provide services as requested. I’ve previously asked and filled out all the necessary paperwork for Fort Polk medical to release my sons records. They refuse. The father also refuses to give them to me.

The results of the February 17th hearing went in the favor of the father even tho we had evidence and facts and proved otherwise. In addition to proving the fabricated story the father was also proven to not coparent and to be alienating me as the mother. According to the 231st, I am not a good mother for Wyatt. The judge who saw us February 17 was Associate Judge Kevin Schmid who works under Jesse Nevarez. I’d bet money on inside interference �
