I hadn’t seen my son since he was forced to live at his dad’s house. 6 months is too long not to see my child so I was excited and giddy to see my son over Christmas break. I picked up my son in LA (6 hours from my place) and drove him back home December 16. I was so excited to see him but the visit wasn’t what I’d planned and it was cut short.
That weekend I noticed my son had packed ramen in his bag and when I asked him why he wouldn’t tell me. I also noticed a defiant attitude that wasn’t my son, or wasn’t my son when he left. My son had attitude all weekend and was very hateful. Monday rolled around again and back to work for me. Tuesday same thing and on that day came home for lunch to eat the meal I had cooking in the crockpot with my child. I came home to an empty house. My son was gone!
I started to track my sons phone. It showed he was on the interstate heading east. I tried calling him, no answer. Called his dad, no answer. Next I called 911 to file a missing person report. 911 said they’d send a team out to my home to take the statement. An hour goes by, they haven’t shown. I called to follow up and they said they’re backed up and will have a team out as soon as they can. I was irate at this point but continued to wait. Eventually I was able to track my son’s across state lines into Louisiana. The police let my son be taken across state lines and that’s a good 3 hours away. Still no one showed to my house to take my report.
Later, I saw exactly where my sons phone tracked him and it was to Fort Polk. That’s when I knew it was the father who kidnapped my son. I called and did a welfare check of his dads house to verify. They were there at home. I called 911 again and complained about no one showing up at my house. Then I said I need to do a report for contempt against the father because it was him who took my son.
I was also able to look at my internal cameras in the home and see when my son left that morning. He left from inside the house alone and with his luggage. Later that night around 8pm I was served papers again from the father stating emergency relief of our son to him because I didn’t have food in our pantry or fridge. My son emptied one of the pantries I have and took pictures of it. He also took pics of the broken refrigerator that I don’t use so of course I don’t have food in it! He didn’t take pics of the other pantries, refrigerator, or deep freeze. These empty fridge and pantry pics were attached to the papers I was served. Jesse Nevarez signed off on my sons father picking him up that morning. And when I came home for lunch he wasn’t there. Again, I wasn’t served till almost 8pm that night! And how is it that the father who lives 6 hours away was able to be there so quickly (45 min to be exact) from the time the judge signed the papers? Setup!!!!!!!
