Court Fraud

I was never served papers for an order regarding a hearing in April 2023. Also, I haven’t been in Texas since the end of March 2023. I say this because it is important to note the court marked me as ‘present’. I have a document with individuals signatures attesting to me not being in Texas since the end of March 2023. Why do judges get to sign orders saying someone is present when they aren’t? How does an order even get signed when I wasn’t even served the papers? It happens because of corruption in family courts. Specifically 231st family court.
