Procter and Gamble is one of the most popular companies in the world. You might not recognize the name, but I'm sure you recognize many of the more than 60 companies they own. I, like millions of people have been a consumer of their products. That is, until I discovered they test on animals and use animal products. Let's take a look at the brand Crest as an example. Crest is one of the many brands owned by P&G. Crest products are produced on the mainland of China, where animal testing is required by law. Animal testing is a traumatic, cruel set of experiments performed on helpless animals. These experiments can include injecting animals with harmful substances, forcing animals to inhale poisonous gases, surgically removing animals organs to cause intentional damage, and other unethical tests. Procter and Gamble is worth hundreds of billions of dollars. They have the resources and money to produce their products in countries that don't require animal testing. I am asking anyone who cares about animals to please sign this petition. I will be reaching out to Procter and Gamble within a few weeks asking them to consider putting an end to the animal testing, and would love to send them this petition to show them just how many people truly care. We need to take action and end the abuse of these animals for good.
