Preparations started in December to find legal advisors that could guide the Parish Council on the complex matter of property deeds, Section-106 legal agreements, and future transfers of community assets and maintenance to Hunts Grove Parish Council.

One of those firms was already reviewing the existing legal agreements over the Christmas holidays. We held a briefing meeting with them on Friday 14th January to assess the current situation, the aims of the Parish, and potential solutions.

We are hoping to receive an update on the next steps in time for the monthly Parish Council meeting on Monday 17th January, where the matter will be debated and decisions made on the next steps.
