The residents of the town of warren are frustrated with parking limitations, fines and retaliatory behavior. 

By holding the town of warren responsible to paint designated parking spaces on the residential and commercial areas of our streets, it will achieve the following;

1. People will be well aware of NO PARKING areas and decrease the possibility of getting fined. There are no areas marked that show the regulation of NO PARKING 15 feet from a corner.  It is a guess and people are ticketed all the time.
2.  Inconsiderate parking lessened. This means that people will be aware of parking spaces allotted and the hope is parking more efficiently to allow everyone to have a space. using one space instead of 1.5 or 2 spaces.
3. The Spring and summer visitors are here or on there way. Now is the time to get these spaces designated to keep tempers at bay and to increase parking efficiency for all.
