America is in it's darkest hour.  We have had medical fraud of the highest order being perpetrated against us.  Though SARS-COV-2 (COVID-19) is a real virus its dangers have been exaggerated.   Most people who die of SARS-COV-2 (COVID-19) are not far from the US average for death for their age group.  Children rarely catch the virus and when they do they are mostly asymptomatic or mildly symptomatic.

To add fuel to the fire an experimental vaccine made from new technology was raced to "protect" us from this "dangerous" virus.  These vaccines are by emergency authorized use orders only. They have not gone through standard vaccine trials that even the World Economic Forum recommends. A vaccine that has already caused numerous health incidents to include vaccine deaths during the trials. To add fuel to the fire these rushed vaccines by Phizer and Moderna who are exempt from legal action only have an effectiveness rate of 95 percent.

We need our health information protected and HIPAA followed.  We need an executive order and a new law preventing digital health passports for experimental vaccines. We also need our medical treatment rights upheld and there should be a law protecting us from being forced to take this vaccine and other similar vaccines made available by emergency authorized use by the government, our employers, everyday businesses, and corporations. Utah has other laws that need to be upheld such as the genetic testing law and medical treatment direction laws.  Forcing an internationally directed health passport such as CommonPass would be a violation of those laws also.
