Sadly in today's news the border is all over national news with the senseless gunning down of Kate Steinle and there is a movement to pass a law in her memory to prevent illegal aliens from using our borders as a revolving door. If you add the circumstance surrounding Kate’s tragic death to those surrounding Cheree, what you end up with is the need for a cohesive, well coordinated ICE, Law enforcement, Corrections system, where all principles can communicate effectively to stop felons and illegal aliens from murdering innocent people. If both agencies did their jobs, Cheree would be alive today, and so would Kate.
