I initially started this out because i refused to roll over and accept that there is no dedicated support. Unfortunately these sort of attacks will still happen in the future.
In just ubder 3 days, the petition has reached 1,089 signatures ( as of writing this update ). What started as an effort to highlight the lack of support available to children and families following traumatic dog attacks has already reached thousands of people.
I am genuinely overwhelmed by the kindness, encouragement and support shown by so many people. Thank you to everyone who has signed, shared and donated to help spread this message further.
My goal remains simple: to ensure that families affected by serious dog attacks are aware of, and able to access, appropriate trauma support when they need it most.
Whatever happens next, I am proud that this conversation is happening and that so many people have helped bring attention to an issue that often goes unnoticed.
Please continue to share the petition if you can. Every signature helps demonstrate that this issue matters.
Thank you again for your support.
