Creating a wall that artists can paint on legally would have many benefits for the Klein area. The project would consist of a 10x16’ concrete or wooden wall that artists are allowed to paint on legally and without restrictions. The installation of this wall would reduce vandalism, encourage legal art, beautify public space, and promote tourism. An overall plus for Klein.
