The petition for an off-leash dog park in Bellefonte was not included as a topic for discussion on the agenda for October 16th, so I will present the petition to Bellefonte Borough Council during the public comments portion of the meeting. 

Citizens of Bellefonte, please come to the meeting at 7:30 pm at the Bellefonte Borough Municipal Building and show your support for creating an off-leash dog park!
