This is a petition to create a Femboy Hooters pop-up in Los Angeles! Ideally Hooters America would fund this for a day or two, because god knows they could use some good publicity right now, and let's be honest, it would be pretty funny. Also The Abbey should definitely host it (cough cough, hint hint) 

1. Who is impacted? FEMBOYS THATS WHO. The numbers are clear, with Hooters America inc. filing for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, the only thing that can change America's fortunes is to recreate Hooters as what it was always meant to be. 
2. What is at stake? FEMBOYS THATS WHAT. There should be a Femboy Hooters pop-up because in this day and age, as we fight to embrace the american spirit, what could be more american than a futanari food fest experience! 
3. Why is now the time to act? FEMBOYS ARE ALWAYS IN FASHION. Are they boys who look like girls? Are they girls who are kind of boys? WHO CARES?! Their booty shorts are tight, their thigh highs are sky high and they're serving up fresh hot bone-in wings! The only real question is: WHY HAVENT WE DONE THIS ALREADY??
