After seven years of providing great Woodfired Pizzas at Glenburn on Friday night Murrindindi Shire has advised Husband & Wife team Justine and Damien, local residents in Yea, that they must cease trading beside the road in Glenburn. The people who serve Donuts and Coffee have suffered the same fate.

These two families provide a great social gathering place and a welcome relief point to people travelling up and down the Melba Highway.

There is no common sense reason why they should not be allowed to continue on as they have been for years.

The Shire, in it's wisdom, is happy to strip two local families of their livelihood to achieve nothing but a diminished local vibrancy.

These families have invested heavily in these business's.

The social benefits are obvious. The pizzas are amazing. Check Google Reviews.

The road safety 'Driver Reviver' aspect is clear

Their popularity is clear - both regulars and others driving by.

They add to the tourism appeal of Murrindindi and beyond.

They enhance the trip to all parts of the Murrindindi Shire. They are an asset.

We, who have signed this petition, call upon Craig Lloyd, CEO Murrindindi Shire to intervene and take action to reverse this illogical and damaging decision.
