It would be a great idea for Cracker Barrel to have an updated scheduling app for employees that would streamline employee shift changes so that managers can approve shift changes with sufficient time, and so that employees are held accountable for the shifts they pick up.

The scheduling app could be available on smartphones and online and could also utilize communications with employees regarding new policies, guest feedback, and any other type of communication, making it easier and convenient for employees and managers to keep in touch with each other.

It's time for a change!
