Cyclists are being abused, hit and even killed on Moggill Road. How about planning a pedestrian and/or cycle-friendly "Pullenvale" bikeway connecting to the Western Freeway bikeway and running between Marshall Lane and Mt Crosby or Bellbowrie. This needs to be more than a few white lines on dangerous roads, it must be protected by separation, or dedicated, like the Kedron Brook Greenway. There are very few bicycle tracks in Pullenvale and this would be a wonderful project for all the residents, whether commuting to the city by cycle or for health and exercise.

I am calling on our Councillor to investigate this proposal in the hope that we can have a cycle infrastructure as good as other parts of Brisbane.
