We have been given a Date for the preliminary hearing 21st December 2017

Since my sister's death another victim has come forward. We have been kept in the dark following my sister's death until finally finding a solicitor to represent us. It is only within the last few months we have found a solicitor to represent our case. It's been a struggle to find one partly because of lack of funds and the system we are up against. As you can see I started this petition to stop the abuse but since then our worst nightmare came true my sister died in a fire in the care of prospect park hospital and is now another statistic of failings within the mental health services resulting in her death. I write this now with pain in my heart for everyone still having to suffer the abuse within the NHS system. This petition was started before my sister's death but it's still going on. We have been told we have a good case by our solicitor because of the failings by the NHS trust the Fire service and the CQC are investigating another victim coming forward. The failings were decided by the police not to prosecute without backing from the fire brigade as they are also responsible for my sister's death due to reports of a no show of fire so they left and returned 20mins too late we now know from the recently presented report. So of course naturally they want this all swept under the carpet without a fuss. We do not not want this to happen again so we are now crowdfunding to get justice for my sister Sarah Jane Williams.
