CPS all over the nation needs reform. These investigators think they can trample all over your rights. CPS believes that if you have an allegation against you they must enter your home without a warrant. They will not let you record them so you can protect yourself and your rights. They can remove your child without a judge's signature and without showing cause for the allegation at hand. I believe that if a child has truly been neglected or abused that the proof must be presented in a court of law. Congress needs to get their act together and stop letting these workers kidnap our children illegally. My daughter is 3 years old and is in NYS care for allegations of an overdose and me not wanting to go to the mental health doctor and take meds that I don't like the way they make my body feel. They say my baby's mother is unfit because they believe she is over-medicated (I DID NOT KNOW THEY HAVE DEGREES IN PRESCRIBING MEDS). There is no dirty urines my house was spotless and my daughter was in perfect health. HOW DOES THIS AGENCY HAVE SO MUCH POWER? PLEASE PEOPLE SIGN THIS PETITION AND LET'S GET THIS TO CONGRESS WE NEED TO ACT NOW BEFORE MORE CHILDREN GET HARMED AND SCARED FOR LIFE, CONGRESS PLEASE HELP US PARENTS THAT ARE SUFFERING FOR NO REASON.
