Hi, my name is Kina Moore and I'm a 21 year old (teen) mother to the sweetest 5 year old baby boy, Malachi , who was horrendously kidnapped/abducted from me by law enforcement on August 14th, 2019 for no probable cause while I was admitted in UMC Medical Hospital for womanly issues. I was 15 years old at the time. My child was only 3 months old and ever since then, he has not been returned to me in my care. 5 years of his life I haven't had that entitlement as a mother to take care of my son. Forcefully being pulled from his life. My son's "alleged" father, is withholding my son is me for unknown reasons. His name is not on my child's birth certificate due to his choice of not wanting to be there from conception to birth. He has not established paternity, also refusing to provide DNA testing. My child has been abused being in a strangers care, for which I have video evidence. A few weeks after the abuse incident, on October 29th, 2019, I got jumped and assaulted by my child's "alleged" father's family (sister, mother, and grandma) for trying to retrieve my son back in my arms. I was later admitted to St. Rose Hospital, with a medical record of contusions and bruising all over my body from them jumping me. For the past 5 years, I've tried every avenue of reuniting with my son, starting over 4 family court cases that all got denied, proceeding with civil standbys to get my child, even tried complying and coming to an agreement with my child's "alleged" father to hand him over to me, but all were denied. In law terms, my Parental Rights were never terminated, but on Jan 12, 2023, they UNLAWFULLY terminated my right and gave his "dad" SOLE FULL CUSTODY, and his "alleged" father is actually in violation of Parental Kidnapping according to Nevada law NRS 200.359. My fight for Woman's Rights, is to fight for all Mother's, young and old, who are battling a horrendous, illegal matter with Law Enforcement/CPS/Justice Court to reunite with their child(ren).
