It’s been awhile, been gone doing more research in which i found they violated parental rights and civil rights by not giving myself the father reunification  services as everything I did for dhhs Dcfs was for visitation only. Going to move to have my case reheard and opened because there is no statute limit on civil rights violations looking to financially be compemsated for such a violation. Keep you informed.
