Edited and updated beginning of petition to make it clear and give an overview of petition if it is not possible for viewers to read entire petition as it is lengthy but necessary to explain the process in it entirety. Need signatures and supporters to allow for the opportunity to sit in front of those who enforce the scheme and afford a chance to enlighten and make aware of changes that need to be made and why this process is wrong overall.
